I had the pleasure of doing business with Chris Rowe’s State Farm insurance agency. Jeromy was the agent I spoke to for my auto and home insurance needs. He not only went line by line on selecting the numbers but also explained the do and don’t of picking the coverages and what they really mean. He helped me get the best possible discounts and educated me in stuff that I didn’t know about. Picking the right company and right policy and eight coverages are very important. It is even more important if they are efficient. I got a call feom Casey this morning who reviewed my experience and explained to me their rewards program. Being a resident of Phoenixville, I want to be with a local company that takes care of its citizens. State farm is just that imo.
